Faulty or wrong item received?
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
DSMS E-Shop will pay the full value of the item(s) and all shipping costs in cases of faulty items. You can send your faulty item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
All DSMS E-Shop items intended for return must have a Goods Return Number (GRN). GRN numbers must be obtained within 14 working days of receipt of delivery by clicking here and completing the GRN form. DSMS E-SHOP will then reply with a GRN number. Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without this number and DSMS E-Shop reserve the right to refuse/return unidentified returns to the sender.
If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, please contact our customer service via email.
Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.
