Returning an item

To return a full-priced item for a refund, please click here to complete our returns form.

At this time, we only offer refunds for returns. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, kindly contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a size exchange, subject to availability.

We can only accept returns within 7 days after you have received the goods. Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition. We cannot accept items if the original tags have been removed or, for shoes, if the shoe box is damaged.

Kindly note that items purchased from the DSMS E-SHOP cannot be returned in-store.

This policy is only applicable to the E-SHOP.
