All discounted items are not valid for returns.
At this time, we are only offering refunds. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We are unable to cover postage, customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments.
We can only accept returns within fourteen days after you have received the goods. Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition. We cannot accept items where the original tags were removed or, if you are returning shoes, where the shoe box is damaged.
Kindly note, items purchased from the DSMS E-SHOP cannot be returned in-store.
