All DSMS E-SHOP items intended for return must have a Goods Return Number (GRN) and a copy of the invoice inside the packaging. GRN numbers must be obtained within 7 days of receipt of delivery by clicking here and completing the Returns form. DSMS E-SHOP will then reply with a GRN number.

Once you have received this, please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you. You cannot return goods without this number.
