Status of your order

Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order status, which will be updated automatically as your order is processed and despatched to you.

A confirmation text with a tracking link will be texted to the phone number provided.

You will need to login with your email address and password so that you are able to see this.

Invalid Order Details

Orders without a valid domestic phone number and complete address will not be able to be shipped and may be cancelled upon 1-week delay of customer confirmation of correct details. 

DSMS will not be responsible for lost parcel(s) due to incorrect information.
